Recipe: Celeriac Tzatziki


1 celeriac

1 garlic bulb

1 bunch flat-leaf parsley

1 yogurt

2 tablespoon olive oil

salt, pepper

Peel and detail celeriac into cubes. Place them into your steamer inner food basket with the whole garlic bulb. Cook for 30 minutes. When everything is cooked, remove the garlic pulp and add it to chopped parsley, salt, pepper, and oil. Mix warm celeriac with this dip and serve immediately.
