How to Eat Well on a Budget

Buy local and seasonal fruits and veggies. 

Home-cooking is better than restaurant meal or prepared food.

Do not forget to buy more lentils, rice, pasta, and cereals.

We know that buying fruits and veggies in a supermarket is expensive, we can avoid this extra cost with frozen food which provide the same benefit.
